Virgin Complimentary tickets but picking up in Florida

After a mix up with the booking, virgin are giving us a complimentary 3 day ticket to Disney, to collect from the Rep when we arrive in Orlando.

Is it possible to link tickets before you actually have them? They won't appear on our booking as they are freebies so I'm a bit confused. I have emailed Virgin to ask but they aren't always the quickest to reply to emails.

( plus, I think they are sick of me as I've been calling and emailing incessantly to try and get them to fix the problems with the booking!)

I suspect the answer will be no, you won't be able to link the tickets until you get them.

You need to get Virgin to send you the reference number for the tickets (confirmation number, will call number, ID number on the front of the tickets, whatever). But I don't know whether they will. Considering they are asking you to pick up the tickets from the rep rather than just sending you the tickets then I doubt they'll send you the reference number. But it's worth a try.

I'm afraid you won't be able to link them and book fastpasses until you either have the reference number for the tickets or the tickets themselves.

BTW, how will the rep know to give you the tickets? Even if they were freebies I'd still expect them to appear on the booking. Do you have some sort of email confirmation saying that you are to receive these tickets? (I only ask because this email might have a reference number on it that might work)
