my mom and dad bought one just a couple of months ago, they got home and dad was straight on ebay for a uk power cable, works great, the only thing is the symbols which you can get from the character map anyway. the paid $400, so £230 then, absolute bargain from best buys

no significance at all that i can think of whatsoever, just a manufacturers preference i guess. maybe its the way they have all gone, toshiba use the CL way now but my old one is Fig 8

My worry was with bringing it back

I know they have the maxiumum of $150 spedniture but noone listens to that anyway

Would it be worth buying a laptop bag and just saying I brought it with me and ive had it ages? and would that have to be my only carry on item?
