Lol! Dont get me wrong weve had waits of over an hour before and weve also been seated in less than thirty minutes from our reservation time. There never seems to be a rhyme or reason behind it other than its always busy there. Weve even tried getting there 15-20 minutes early and its not made much difference. That said the servers are friendly and swamped constantly it cant be easy doing their job. As someone who works with the public I can sympathise with how stressed they can get yet they always try to take the time to track with you explain how it all works and when to expect each item of the food on your menu. The kitchen area is always hectic yet under control and the chefs deserve respect for producing such good food in high volumes throughout the meal time whether its breakfast of dinner. Activities are a great way for the kids to enjoy their time at Ohana and the characters are funny.

I booked this the other day, I think I will cancel, it sounds like my idea of hell.

It is, I went to 'Ohana for dinner five years ago and it hasn't featured in our plans since and I don't think it will unless dramatic changes are made.

Mediocre food coupled with a rushed food service and the slowest drinks service ever are not my idea of a relaxing dinner.

I have changed it to late breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, as it is the first meal of the trip I would like some characters so I think this will suit then monorail over to MK.

I'd never return for breakfast there, it was a shambles,

but on both our dinner experiences we've had a window seat, waited at most for 10 minutes, had THE best service and meal experience. I've booked it this time...hope its just as good .

Different people like different things though. I hate waiting for anything, and love it when I get brought my food and the bill quickly - others feel rushed. I love a quiet restaurant e.g. first thing when it opens - others feel it lacks atmosphere. As we dont have kids yet, the ukulele player/coconut races are a bit noisy - but when we have kids I bet we will love them.

Plus, my DH is a fussy eater and I dont like the lime glaze on the meat, so the food is not the best for us.

I guess what I am saying is - would we go again? Probably not. Will you enjoy it? Maybe! Lots of people do.

The food for breakfast at Ohana was lovely. However, and its a big however, our ADR was booked for 10.30 for a late breakfast. We were seated at 11.55! We were told we could still have the breakfast menu though 🤦≈♀️ We finally left at 2pm as the service was sooooooooo slow. I dont even class that as a brunch 😂
