Weather in August?

Hi all,

I’m on the holiday count down now as we fly out on the 11th August.

We are doing Big bear lake, Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, San Diego and a couple of days in LA.

What kind of weather/temps can I expect please? I’m wondering what to pack. Will it be cooler in the evenings? I usually only take shorts/vests for Florida or Europe.

HOT! Hot as an oven in Joshua Tree and Palm Springs, it will still be in the 30s at night. San Diego and LA hot during the day, warm at night. Big Bear Lake is the only one that might cool off down to the teens. So shorts and T fine.
