Seems to be a new name for Thomas Cook's own brand money card

Used it in Dubai - nightmare ! They blocked my card twice and I had to phone them at cost to myself from Dubai twice - super embarrassed in shops when it declined multiple times

I�ve just had the same experience ... much embarrassment despite knowing lots of $$ loaded on card... multiple phone calls fingers crossed problem resolved, however had to use my MasterCard at the locations my card wasn�t authorised in , luckily I had an alternative form of payment... and sympathetic people in the queues behind me who had the same experience

Nightmare isn't it. The final time it worked again I withdrew the lot at a cash machine as I was sick of the hassle
