When can I book?
Wanting to book Beach Club for 5th Nov 2019 for 21 nights... when do these dates open up please?
Does anyone know

Currently they are all gone , just keep checking but no one is sure if you might get free dining still. Disney pulled the allocation not long after free dining release for Oct -Dec. You could check with atd or Kenwood .

VAL at ATD is absolutely AMAZING.
That woman is so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Just got to keep everything crossed Yacht or Beach open up for our dates asap.
