Yes, let them set up their own account, then ‘add’ each other as friends and it will link together.

For dining you don't all need to be set up and linked on MDE to book.

Right I’ve managed to connect with the lead from the other booking but how do I link his Mrs and the other 2 kids given only his details are in? For a start it’s not as if the kids have email addresses so do I just add them manually as guests?

If I remember rightly... on his side of the account, the other people on the booking should be listed (the Mrs and the kids) I think he needs to accept your request and make you friends with them on his side... either way there’s something he has to do on his end.

Maybe someone else can pitch in here... I can’t remember the exact process as I have control over all of our bookings through all my different email addresses. 🙈

As someone else said there’s something else they have to do to give you permission. They have to set theirs so that you can see and make decisions fo all the people in his account. There’s a check box somewhere.

I don’t understand it - surely the booking have to be uploaded to Disney so that the rooms don’t get double booked? We’ve been with Virgin twice before & im pretty sure we never had this problem - I will be reconsidering using them again!
