We went after dinner on a Sunday night so got there about 7pm. It was still very busy but we did have a choice of 'free' spaces. I don't think I would even bother trying during the day on a weekend unless I was going to pay the $10, it must be crazy busy!

was at the vineland outlets today, arrived at about 12 midday, we found a space pretty quickly, it was quite busy but didn't take long to find a bunch of free spaces. I guess if you went at the weekend it would be harder but on a Wednesday it seemed fine.

Give it a shot and if you end up having to pay just think of the relative luxury of having your car in a slightly cooler environment as when we got back to our car it was scorching hot after sitting in 34 degree heat haha. We had a left over bottle of water in the car that was now filled with hot water, not warm, but hot water haha.

At the I drive outlets when driving in, turn right to the overflow car park. Its further to walk but usually get a space no bother. At Vineland go to the car park near North Face / Forever 21. Same again, a wee walk but got parked no bother.
Remember people don't like walking or try to avoid it, especially in the USA If you're ok with it just go for the furthest away car park.
