Maternity clothes Shopping

Has anyone had any trouble shopping for maternity clothes?

We've been out in Florida for a week now and have scoured numerous stores, Target, Walmart, Old Navy, Gap, Carters, Motherhood and there seems to be an incredible lack of maternity clothes, the superstores have a really tiny choice if they do stock maternity clothes and the maternity store Motherhood had an extremely poor choice.

It just seems kinda strange, maybe it's because my wife is searching for quite specific items (Bermuda Shorts/slightly longer shorts than cutoffs).
We just got back from the Vineland outlets where we searched the Motherhood store, that had very few sizes available and very little choice. We then visited Gap - no maternity, Old Navy - no maternity.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where to find maternity clothes or if anyone else has had the same problem.

Macy's and JC Penneys might be worthwhile looking at.

Not much help, but I found the same thing when I was shopping for maternity clothes in the US. The choice was very poor. Generally, I had better options in the UK shops.

I wanted shorts too and ended up waiting until i got home and fishing out the sewing machine and making some!

Good luck with the search.

Try H&M, Gap and Macy's at the Florida Mall. Also there is a store called Destination Maternity at Millennia Crossing which seems to stock various maternity ranges.

Check out motherhood in both the outlets. DW brought loads out there last year much to my credit cards annoyance.

Ask if they have any coupons

We tried the motherhood store at the vineland outlets but the size availability was quite poor, but plan on going to the other outlets in a few days. Thanks for the advice.
