Budget question
Hi
Just loading our Caxton card, and trying to work out a quick budget for our weeks Disney stay. We are staying for 2 nights at Hollywood beach at the beginning, then Disney, then Cocoa Beach for 2 nights, then Lake Buena Vista for our final five. Do you think this budget is feasible for our 7 nights at OKW with the dining plan? $200 Tips for our 7 table service meals $200 for soft drinks whilst walking round the parks $250 for a cheeky cocktail or two for 2 in the evenings and to stock up our villa fridge with water/bud/crisps/chocolate $150 for any extras such as soft toys/pins-although we have been 9 times I'm sure my DD and DS will find something new to buy! I'm welcome to any tweaks/suggestions! Many thanks!

We never buy drinks in the park. We just ask for a cup of iced water in the Disney parks which is free. You could also fill up your mugs at the hotel and take them into the parks or use snack credits. If you go back to the hotel during the day use your mugs then as well.
If you are on the dining plan you will probably have snacks left over. We use the snacks and convert any quick services left over to buy drinks, orange juice and snacks to take with us. More money for cocktails. |

Bring your own drinks or atleast get the refill cups.

Hey Ruby! Looks like we'll be seeing you in the cocktail bar at OKW in a few weeks then? Tips and cocktails looks about right for 7 nights. That's a couple of cocktails every night and a few beers too. I'm not sure about the $200 for soft drinks though... Assuming the soft drinks are about $3 each, you'd get 2 a day each with a few dollars left over... Solution... Spend the change on cocktails! If you have the DDP then you'll get 2 snacks each every day (these can be drinks) and you can of course get free iced water etc. Also you get drinks with each meal. See you for a cocktail at OKW |

Awww excellent! Really can’t wait! 🍸🍸I didn’t want to waste snack credits on drinks, there are so many yummy desserts to try-I will be definitely asking for iced water though! Saving those pennies for the “adult time”😝😝. We will be the couple at the bar sweating over a Mai Tai, with older kids glued to their phones! See you there!
