Disney Flight Inclusive packages

Can anybody advise, may be a stupid question but do Disney hold a certain amount of rooms at each resort for when flight inclusive packages are released when it hits 11 months prior?

We currently have a holiday booked through Disney direct but for one reason or another, may have to cancel this one and re-book in September when August packages are released for 2019. We're booked in for PoR but at the moment there are no rooms left available for our dates - just hoping this will change come September!

Surely all the rooms can't be taken and then there would be none left for flight packages?!

You can book the hotel room with Disney any time then ring them when flights are out and ask them to add them to your booking rather than specifically waiting to book both when flights are released.
