Adding on to a Virgin holiday
I’ve booked two weeks at BC next Aug with Virgin, mainly due to getting a good deal and ease. But now we are mulling over extending our stay by 4 days to add on 4 days at universal. I’m assuming booking direct with universal will be cheaper than Virgin, there is a good price on their website. But, will virgin move the flight back home 4 days later with no accommodation booked with them? Ringing and dealing with Virgin always gives me a few extra grey hairs and I sometimes feel they never give you a truthful answer as they want to extract the most money possible out of you, hence I thought I’d ask you experts before I contact them. And lastly, does a universal hotel include park entry? I’ve seen it included the fast pass thing, so I’m assuming the entry is there? Thanks for any advice

I wanted to do this with VH last year, extend for another 3 days. They said the flight price would increase by £300 per person as low availability on new return date so higher price. Unsurprisingly we declined.

Alternatively just book one night at HRH during the middle of your stay and leave your original room empty but get 2 days at universal. We’ve done this few times as it actually worked out cheaper than altering flights
