Annual Pass

Current cost for Ultimate AP is 1,058.61USD. My son is going in Oct for one week with his girlfriend (OFF SITE - so will be useful for car park charges)and is going back with our family for two weeks over Christmas (ON SITE i.e. no car park charges)

The question i am asking you knowledgeable folks is should he purchase an annual pass?
Do the maths work out?
Not sure about the 20% discount on food rules etc

10% off food, 20% off merchandise. Car parking is a big saving. We usually get two trips, and an AP works for us.

We always find if I do a one week trip then we do a 2 week or longer trip that is cheaper to get me an annual pass.

The parking itself is huge as it's $25 a day that you save with the AP and it means that we are then more willing to pop to a park for a few hours on a rest day as well

Is the ten per cent off food in all disney restaurants on site, plus snack venues? If one person had annual pass could he buy our 5 meals and get ten per cent off?
