Half a dozen hangers and three small drawers in the tv unit.

There was way more at the Rosen Inn and Sonesta ES.
I guess I’ll be living out of my suitcase, if I can find a space to put it.
No fridge in the standard room either, which we’ve had in every other hotel so far.
The universal website list a mini fridge under amenities for the standard room.

I’m sure they can provide extra hangers if asked.

I think you’ll be able to fit cases under the beds.

My wife (used to DVC deluxe 1 and 2 beds) said the same thing about storage.

My reply- a DVC 1 bed (or 2 bed in Universal speak) to pay cash is usually $750+ a night, this is $190 (2 bed, pool view, summer). You are not staying at Boardwalk, with 2 baths, full kitchen, living room and laundry etc- but don’t expect to be for money paid! She’ll be back in DVC for Xmas, this is for 5 nights, and perfectly adequate. She was impressed with the rest of it though.

I’m there beginning of August so will post a review and video up, with my views on how it compares value wise.

I think it looks great, and the food prices are spot on.

I’m not used to staying at DVC, and typically stay at budget hotels n I-drive, but even they had a ton more space to put clothes.
Don’t it would have cost much more to put some drawers or wardrobe in.

Maybe a space limitation rather than cost? I mean at £60 a night in cheap season for the studio, onsite as such in that they are running a continuous shuttle, early park entry, and the place looks like it cost quite a bit to build and is a nice environment with good pool and gym, beggars can't be choosers so to speak. At least that's what I've told my wife.

Try Orlando attractions for best room prices - they've got some sort of special account with Universal and easily beat the best price i could find for.cabana bay this august

For my dates and my room I just priced it up and Virgin and Universal were the same, give or take maybe £10 over 5 nights.

Does Virgin Holidays include parking? They used to for other Universal hotels.
