Not sour at all - they taste like very soft/chewy cheese that's been deep fried (oops...that doesn't sound very appetising at all but trust me they're delicious! ) there's been a definite cheese curd sized void in my life since then...

Yummm, the cheese curds at the NBC Grill were my absolute favourite too. There's no such thing as too much cheese in my book

I have never been to Olive Garden but thanks to your trip report it has now been added to the list, it looks delicious, especially the breadsticks!
