50th Birthday in February 2020

Hi all
I will be celebrating my 50th next February and I want to be somewhere warm...we just have a week to play with or maybe 9 days at a push... I’ve been everywhere in my head... Cape Verde, Mexico, Dubai... but 7 years ago we went to Anna Maria for 5 days and absolutely loved it, so now I’m thinking we could go back there for a week. So my questions are
1 - what is the weather like in end of jan / early feb?
2 - is flying to Florida for just a week worth it?
3 - we’d be flying from Manchester so should we fly direct to Orlando or indirect to Tampa?
4 - last time we stayed in our own house with pool but quite open to condos or bed and breakfasts so any recommendations would be good
5 - and finally if not Anna Maria where would you recommend?
