AA airport lounges LHR

Hi there
We are flying from LHR to MIA and get the chance to use the lounge before we fly. I read somewhere you get a choice of lounges to use I can’t now find this information anywhere. Wonder if someone can tell me what the name of the lounges are and how do we get access to them?

Hi I guess your flying out of T3 and if so you have the best choice of lounges.If you are flying on a Ow airline in Business u have a choice of Ba,AA,Qantus and Cathay Pacific .Dont even bother with Ba or AA head straight to the Cathay lounge the best by far and if u fancy a change go to the new Qantas lounge next door especially if you like gin they have a gin bar.

You should look at what OneWorld lounges are at T3 & available to you (cabin class &/or frequent flyer status dependant).

Google “OneWorld lounge Heathrow”; an article by the “turning left for less” site gives a good overview of what’s on offer.

Just to say - if you can use OneWorld the Cathay Pacific Lounge is the one to go for in my opinion. Best lounge I've ever tried! They have a noodle bar where they will make fresh food for you and even had a champagne cocktail. The BA lounge was OK but nothing special and the AA one is very basic. I didn't try the Quantas one though.

Depending on time of day,they do a great cooked breakfast as well.
