Hourglass lake bridge

I am looking at changing my hotel from All star sports to Pop Century.
I don't really like the food in the Pops food court.

With the Gondela construction can you still walk over the hourglass bridge to AOA as I like the food court there.
I will be asking for a lake view if the bridge is still open.

I hope someone can help - my trip is in May 2019

Any advice on pop would be appreciated such as best rooms that are standard.

Pretty sure you can. Seen a couple of YouTube vlogs recently where they have walked from Pop to AOA despite the hoardings. Hope it's correct as we are staying at Pop and intend to walk to AOA. Also good for catching return bus as just get on first one.
