I think they all know there is no point in arguing with me now and they know breakfast won't be far off. Most of the time in wdw is like Christmas really, you're never really hungry just a little bit less stuffed and that's how you know you're ready for the next meal or snack. I don't think any of us minded doing rides first.
Those Cheshire cat tails were absolutely lovely and of course had to be done while I was wearing the ears. I don't think I'll bother with breakfast at BOG again, ok is about the best I could rate it. I think lunch would be a better choice too. I love Max's face while he's spinning me, he's actually happy! Hurrah! I love those photopass pictures before dinner, we were all dressed up and about as unsweaty as we would ever be so it was perfect timing, well apart from the fact that we were running a bit late for dinner! But I'm so glad we got the photos as they are lovely.

it has been almost 6 years since we were last at the Yachtsman and I still remember how delicious that roasted garlic is with those pull apart rolls... and now I'm hungry!
Another lovely day |

Oooh indeed that was a lovely start to the meal! It must be easy to cook, I wonder if I could recreate it at home?

Would you eat at Yachtsman again? I used to make it a point of going but the meal takes so long and the waiters tend to be a little slow (or drunk as I once suspected) I dont feel the need to go back, despite the lovely food.

Do you know what as much as I liked the whole meal I'm not in any hurry to return. It wasn't even somewhere that was in contention for ADRs for this summer. The garlic and bread was so tasty, the steak and sides were delicious, but the atmosphere in the restaurant didn't really suit us. It was a bit stuffy. Compared to jungle skipper canteen where we also had steak the Yachtsman was no where near as good. We really liked the meal at skipper canteen and the service was excellent. I couldn't really fault the Yachtsman service, it just didn't seem as good an atmosphere as some of the other restaurants.
You're right actually as everything did seem to run smoothly and we didn't seem to miss out on stuff this trip as much as we have in the past.

Firstly the bus thing would have annoyed me too, especially those people who just pushed in
However thankfully it didn't appear to spoil your day at all. A great time in MK and some of the snacks (the chilli fries and ice creams) looked fab! The photos of you in front of Spaceship Earth are lovely too. Love that Figment joined you in one of them too! The Yachtsman food looks so good too! I really shouldn't be reading this when I'm feeling hungry |

I'm glad it's not just me with the bus thing and people pushing in.
I cannot wait to have those chill cheese waffle fries again they were delicious for a snack. The ice cream cookie sandwiches too. I'd given up all hope of getting to the Yachtsman on time and the extra couple of minutes it took to get the photos in front of spaceship earth was worth it, we'd all got dressed up a bit and it's nice to have photos of us when we're not all a big ball of sweat!

Another wonderful day at MK. I'm really loving your planning cards. I always have our plans in a notebook but it falls apart by the middle of the trip so I might just be better off starting with individual cards.
We love the food at yachtsman. I got so cross with our eldest daughter on our last trip as she picked apart the most delicious and tender steak that was cooked to perfection complaining that it was fatty. Looking forward to reading about AK tomorrow. That's one of our favourite parks. |

I loved the little planning cards too! I'm definitely going to make them again. They are only small, a little bit larger than a credit card as I managed to get 8 cards from 1 A4 piece of card!
I think I would have been cross if one of my two had picked a steak apart like that!
