Help - how do you pick a villa?

I always make sure its just off the 192 so close to the parks and restaurants , not over looked by the pool , must have a large pool and games room .

I agree a lanai is high up on our list when we are looking for a viila.

Us too. Love the south facing pool but equally the shade when we need it.

Cant rate this one highly enough. It fits all of your criteria. The owners also have another two villas close bye with lake views but no jacuzzi. They, like most Dibb villa owners are a joy to deal with.

I noticed you had jacuzzi on your must haves. Just be aware pools with spas as part of the pool bubble but are the same temperature, if you want a hot tub it would need to be seperate to the pool.

Yes they can but many don't and don't state it so it's something to be aware of rather than assume
A lot of people think spa and jacuzzi are the same thing !
