Banking and points transfer

I banked last years points and I can use them now, my question is I will have some left can I transfer them out

As in to someone else? I've never done this but I'm sure you can, the only thing you can't do with them is bank them on to a further year so use them, rent them or give them away

Banked or borrowed Vacation Points, as well as Reservation Points,
may not be transferred

Banked points cannot be trasfered.
Not your case, but I'd add that transferred points can then be banked.

Not the banked points but use all the banked points and then bank or transfer any of your current years points that Ee left over.
