Hard Rock / Renaissance Seaworld package delivery charge?

Ive looked everywhere but am obviously typing in the wrong key words.
Do either of the above charge to hold a package? I know Disney does but i'm staying in both of the above hotels first and am trying to decide whether to get them delivered to hotel or to the lovely lady that holds your packages for you. I don't have too much to order and I now I can pick bits up from Hot Topic free of charge but would much rather them be at the hotel when we arrive.Just deciding which is the most cost effective. TIA
