Please recommend me a holder for my iPhone in the gym!
Ideally not on the arm, I’d rather some sort of belt but nothing too bulky please
Many thanks |

Alison, My advice is not to bring your phone in the gym.

How about some wireless headphones?
I've switched over to using these and they're amazing. You can just leave your phone in your gym bag x |

I am looking at these - I have an iPhone - apparently the earbuds don’t have a volume control, which sounds annoying.
Which ones do you use? |

I got some great ones from Argos (JLab Buds currently £14:99) and they worked for ages! They might still work but I got some wireless Beats with an upgrade so I’ve swapped to them instead so haven’t used the others since! If I wanted a pair to take on holiday or anything I’d go back to those though
Edit: I bloomin’ love my Beats though 😍 |

I have a pair of Panasonic ones - i can get you the exact model if you want.
My DH works for a company owned by Panasonic so they were cheaper than in the store The range is pretty good - probably about 50metres or so before they drop out. I tend to leave my phone in my gym bag and usually have the volume on full anyway - i dont use the volume control on mine |

The beats do look good but a bit beyond my budget at the moment. I will check out those 14.99ones!

Oh Panasonic sounds of interest - please do share the model as I’ll also have a look at those

I tried out a flipbelt a couple of years back and it worked pretty well for holding my iPhone when running. Another option I was looking at then was a spi belt.
However I then discovered Sparkle skirts, which have huge pockets that can easily fit my iPhone (amongst other things). Preferred this as I found it easier to take my iPhone out from these pockets than from a belt. Earphones wise - I've had a pair of Plantronics Backbeat Fit for 3 years - lasted well although the batteries are now dying. It has volume buttons so relatively easy to adjust while running. Looking at the Powerbeats Pro whenever they get released for my next pair though not sure how well they will work out...
