Heald green family room

Hi all, I'm just looking at booking a hotel for Easter prior to our flight. Heald green is coming up the best price-wise but does anyone know what the layout of the family room is there? I know runger lane north has a double and 2 other beds which would be my preference but if Heald green is the same then I will go for that.
