You are not being impatient at all... I would be on the phone again , and again until it was sorted. They seem t9 be really giving you the runaround

Now the Tickets are alright and I can make dining reservations but the other reservations that I made via phone still don't show up.
This will be my fifth call and third email.

I would try and rebook the ones you did on the phone online yourself.

I tried, but could only book three more than I again could not anything, due to technical problems on the website and app.
I try to phone them again today but it is annoying
