Any Robot Wars/Battlebots fans in LA between 3-15 April?
If you're in LA between 3-15th April and are looking for fun things to do, you could put being in the audience for Battlebots on your list.
Tickets for the filming of season 5 went on sale to the general public today (they went on sale to registered supporters last week, but there are still plenty left) - prices start at only $10 and some even include behind the scenes tours of the pits to meet the builders. Sessions are afternoon or evening and last for 3-4 hours. I might be a bit biased as my son Tom is captain of Team Monsoon, but it's brilliant (if rather loud) fun to attend a session!
