Isn't Beach club a Deluxe resort? assuming it is then you willalso go from the QSDP to DDP so £900 sounds quite good

It is, but the £900 is allowing for the fact that we were paying £500 to upgrade the QSDP to the DDP and now we don’t need to. It would have been £1400 difference if it wasn’t for that. Not sure if we’d have done it then - it feels like keeping the upgrade cost in the hundreds rather than the thousands makes it sound more reasonable! We’re happy anyway

I know you're not supposed to go back and re-check but glad I downgraded when I did, no std rooms available for my dates, again, now.

I would downgrade to a preferred standard room as that way you're very close to OPR. We stayed in Martinique and loved being so close to the main pool, main building etc.

Then again, I don't like the look of the pirate rooms so I would also be downgrading for the nicer décor!
