pain in back when walking (near liver)
I have just started going on long walks when time off work permits, but I have just noticed that a day or so after I get an awful ache in my back on the right hand side a little lower than shoulder blade ...its like a wind type pain lasts a couple days then disappears and happens only after I have been on a walk and only on one side been wondering what it could be then thought could it be to do with my posture does anyone know ?

Not sure what it is but anything to do with the back I give the physio a call.
I feel your pain as I get pain when walking as my physio tells me is it my posture. I’m too uptight. Good luck and I hope you get it sorted. |

When we started longer walks back in March, I started to get pain in lower back and hips. But after a few weeks, it was fine.
Mine was likely just a shock to the body - extended exercise that was new. |
