A wood colour to go with Pebble Shore
This is currently what we have
And I love Dulux pebble shore for the top half to make it warmer, maybe get new curtains too, but unsure for the wood panels 🧐 any colour recommendations?

Polished pebble is a shade or two lighter DIL has a navy on the botttom half of there sitting room with pebble shore it's stunning
It's an Victorian farm house The navy /grey combination is amazing in what was a cold north facing room ( it's not cold now withnthe heating and stove ) |

We have white on our panels. This is our stairs. The panels were hardwood (just varnished) for years and we only have glass at the bottom (front door) and a full pane at the bottom leading into our dining room so the hallway was dark. Took the plunge last year and painted all the wood white. We love it because it’s lightened up the hallway and it looks bigger. Wish I’d done it years ago. The grey is Benjamin Moore’s Gray Owl - but mixed at b and q Valspar as a lot cheaper. I’ve put a couple of photos to show you with the door closed and then the sun shining on the wall with door open.
If you want your room to look bigger/lighter I’d go for a white or off white or make a statement with a darker bold colour. Beautiful room by the way. |
