Mine tracked and paid out last year. Took a while though.

I tried a few years ago and it didn't pay out, but tried again when booking for this year.
It tracked within a day and I now have just over £200 showing as confirmed in my top cashback account, but not payable yet

I wonder why some track and some dont?

I had a message saying the transaction had been been noted and that it should appear within the hour but it never did 😟

We used Topcashback to book our Disney break and it did track within a few hours and has paid out without any problems.

mine tracked without any issues. Clear cookies and history before transaction and don't flick through different tabs, have only the two tabs open during transaction. I am Irish dibber, and my pay was in amazon credit - happily spend already.

I have found particularly with topcashback that my big spends dont track whereas my little ones do. I am doing nothing different. Have to raise claims every time.

I booked our resort and tickets with Topcashback back in May, tracked after an hour was paid in 8 weeks.

I then booked our Virgin flights on day of release using a clean browser and only the TCB and Virgin Atlantic site open and nope not tracked so claim has been raised and forwarded to Virgin but not heard anything since
