Just read the trust pilot reviews before you buy if you can.
That's the thing I got from balsam hill. Only the tips were realistic not the whole tree. They told a pack of lies when I tried to get a refund then tried to make me pay for a courier collection to get it returned. The customer care was non existent.


There's lots of reviews about the pre lit trees lights being faulty too.

I've just ordered my new tree from Alton Garden centre website they have 50% off. Gone for a feel real Newberry Spruce with 350 warm lights and power connect so you just pop the top section on and it lights up. Was £150 down to £75

I love my Balsam Hill trees wreaths and garlands but get the branch sample kit first I have all of my stuff in Fraser Fir I do think the older tree is a bit thicker though
