Mobile Disney Tickets- linking to MDE

I have recently decided to add Disney to my forthcoming holiday- I have purchased Disney tickets direct (since found out that I need to pick them up 😡 )

I have my confirmation email from Disney and have tried entering the number in the App, on the website but nothing - it just tells me try again later. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong ?- I am anxious to get my fast passes booked at 30days in a couple of days😳🤞

Hi, it’s the second emails number you need, have you had that one? There’s a barcode on the side with a number?

Hi

Thankyou- yes I waited for the second email and I used the barcode number. It even says on the letter, the exact number to be used but it won’t work 😥😥

Email them and get them to link it for you. I had an issue with buying two APs in one order -linked one ticket fine but for the second it said "that confirmation number has already been used" - well DUH, of course it has - I bought tickets for two people! But I emailed them with the confirmation number and they sorted it easily.

Try ringing the Disney freephone technical support number they should be able to help you.

All you need to do is enter the code off the second email via the below link plus your surname of the lead booker.

disneyworld.disney.go/en_GB/claim/resort/

If you happen to have MBs from a previous visit, linked to your account, you can reuse them. (no need to pick tickets up then)

Have you tried the link from RickT? 🙂 And yes if you have a MB from a previous trip that is still showing as active, then no need to collect tickets.

Thanks all, looks like I will have to call or email- I’ve tried the link here but still says the number has already been used.

I do have 4 tickets and only 1 number so as posted, I suspect this is the issue and I haven’t been to Disney since 2012 so never even used the new system of have old bands but thanks for the suggestions.

It’s just a bit annoying as I could have bought tickets elsewhere and been given real tickets with individual numbers on but I mistakenly thought buying from Disney would be better. Now I have to call the, and go and pick the tickets up.

Hey ho, I’ll post when I have callled them but thanks for the advice👍

Is it 14 day tickets? If you were flying into MCO you could buy MBs there and they would link them for you.
