I’m looking to email NPB to let them know I’ll be adding my hubby at checkin for our trip in August. Anyone have it to hand?

Thanks! On my phone so can’t see the pinned thread. Laptop as broke in me so going out to buy a new one today!

Hi I just wondered if this email address worked for you as I couldn’t get it to work for me my email was returned as unable to send. Thanks for any tips or advise you can share x

Yes I did but was still returned undelivered, but thankyou for taking the time out to reply.

Hotel email addresses are for internal use only so you're unlikely to get a reply!
I've not heard of anyone having issues adding another person at check in so you should be fine to just pay room tax when you get there x

Thanks everyone. They only replied yesterday & it was more to let them know that hubby was joining us. I’ve added him before to our stay at the SLGF so just wanted them to know in advance.
