Ordering the turkey

Well my morrisons order arrived yesterday with 1 missing item, that was a side of salmon... I don’t need it and am not buying another... my daughters order from Asda arrived with 10 substitutions and all her chilled items missing... over £35 worth, plus no receipt or indication of what the substitutions or missing items were cos their systems had gone down... what a nightmare...

My Ocado order came last night and everything was there. They have never let me down yet

Morrisons effed up my order this year. I stood my ground until they rectified it. Luckily mine was a collect order and I could deal with it right there and then.
