Thank you. I’ve just looked and it’s saying not available for my dates in May. Looks perfect too!

Have you tried any of the hotel comparison sites? Maybe they still have a few rooms if you’ve been looking direct.

Thank you.
Hi, it was absolutely fine for children, it has a pool though you may not have time to use it. We booked through ebookers but I suspect most other providers offer it.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have booked Hilton Canopy Trocadéro ( got a good deal through the Honours programme)
Should be about 15-20 mins walk to Eiffel.

I think our arrival day in Paris ( land at 2) will just be getting settled into the Hotel, find somewhere for tea and probably watch the Eiffel Tower light show from the Trocadéro gardens.
Our DGD will prob need an earlyish night after the travel day.

Next day the plan is up for early breakfast, walk to the Eiffel Tower , up to the top ( apparently this can take at least two hours with security checks and waiting for lifts etc) then a leisurely river cruise to see the sights and lunch before heading to Disney mid afternoon.

This is our first proper holiday with our grandaughter, would much rather be taking her to Florida but my son and DIL have both just started new jobs and couldn’t get school holidays next August, but hopefully we can go in 2023.

You can prebook Eiffel Tower tickets, which would eliminate one of the queues. I definitely recommend doing that: we didn’t when we went a few years ago and it was a 40 min queue for that after the security queue but before the lift queue….

Yes, definitely prebook. Helps avoid the many people trying to sell you things as well!
