I was so looking forward to this series. I lasted on a short time with the jungle cruise. Will try haunted mansion as its my favourite ride but I was looking for a good straight documentary which wasn't what they were producing.

Same, got bored with jungle cruise but I don’t really rate the ride anyway.
Love HM so we watched all of that and it was fab.
TOT was great too . Other ones don’t interest me so far.
Dwayne Johnson is the producer so maybe that’s why the format is a little more ‘childish’ , don’t get me wrong though , I like the guy!

another one here who didnt like the presentation style of it all. i cant say exactly what it is i dont like, but theres just something that feels off. especially when compared to all the other BTS docs on there

i'm hoping the other episodes improve, or i get used to the narration somehow

Another vote of no, I was sooo looming forward to this after loving Imagineering Story, but this is too ... fluffy.

Where the real details, the stuff never seen before?

Disappointed.

I'm going to go against the grain here and say that I really enjoyed the first four episodes (haven't seen Castles yet). The irreverant presentation style suited the subjects: entertainment attractions; yet it still managed to tell an in-depth account of the history of how those attractions came to be.

More please!

The jokey narration and dumb sitcom background music is getting on my nerves, but I'll carry on watching regardless. Just finished episode 2 (Haunted Mansion). As others have said, The Imagineering Story is vastly superior.

While I am also watching these I am also liking the One Day At Disney (Shorts). If you've not watched any (they are very short), then give them a go. I miss out a few and just skip to the ones that sound interesting, they focus on a particular person and their job (ie: imagineering, artist etc..).
