Always go with VH now and have never had any problems. Were affected by a hurricane one year and they were excellent, really looked after us well.

Had my eyes opened to virgin holidays recently after booking every big holiday with them for over 10 years..
I know everyone has always said they’re expensive but the other day when looking at Toronto it was £1000 more expensive to go with VH on an indirect flight for 8 nights instead of 9 on a direct flight with BA. absolutely shocking

Usually for us its over £1k more expensive than similar with BA. I always price them up but less than half my trips have been eith VH. Once you look past the small talk with the reps in store i find they know very little of orlando or blatently lie! Ive even been told by them it isnt possible to book villa or car hire through other companies!
