Sorry, been to the Dentist. You can go to the garage but the first time you have to go to the desk in the garage.

As far as I understand if you are a gold member booking directly with hertz you can go directly to the garage, but if you book via a third party site (auto europe, andy etc) then you need to go to the desk regardless.
