Glad you're having a good time!

We are going to take the kids to Hoover Dam too. I like the sound of a few walking trails as well. Is it very busy at Lake Mead/Hoover Dam?

Phil

Phil - sorry to jump in on your question to daytonababe, but we were told to get to HD fairly early if we wanted to do the more indepth tour (to beat the busier times towards lunchtime) - we arrived at about 10am and got on a tour at about 11.15am. As you're in a group, the group is a certain size so it wasn't busy at all. As you know we were there 3 or so weeks ago.

Would have loved to have gone to Lake Mead - wished we'd known about the trails before we went.

That's cool.

How old are the kids?

Serious questions - do the 'girl card guys' bother you or yours? And is there alot of drunks on the sidewalks?

As I said - back in Superbowl weekend there was alot of that - I hope I just caught a bad weekend. I'd be interested to hear your views.

Chloe is 13, Connor 9.

No the porn slappers don't bother us, they've never tried to give us cards , or anyone else that has kids with them . Connor asked the first night what they were giving out I just said cards and that was it .

Doesn't seem to be anywhere near as many homeless people as this time last year , and we've seen a few drunks ( same ones every night) but they dont seem to bother anyone .

Re the hoover dam we got there about 1pm , wasn't overly busy , I'll upload some pics when we get home next week .
