* Baking Thread *
I can't seem to find one but apologies if there is one already!
I absolutely love baking! I would love to see what you've been baking recently! I have just finished my Easter treat boxes which I absolutely love and I made this Kinder cookie dough pie a few days ago! Not sure what to make next! I'm thinking cookies! 😋 |

I love baking too, and unfortunately carry it all over. Hoping to do some easter cookies next weekend.

They look lovely.
I bake and Easter seems to have snuck up on me. I’m unprepared and realise I’ve just been agreeing to things without properly plotting my time! I will be in the kitchen for about 80 hours next week I think 😬 I haven’t got an Easter offering as there seem to be so many birthdays next week but I did agree to Eastering up my brownies for a local catering company. I guess mini eggs?! Today I really need to plot my week. Here are some brownies and some Gluten Free cupcakes from yesterday Edited at 09:15 AM. |

Aw thanks so much!
I will try and write it out as I did it 😊 It's 200g of butter softened mixed with 250g light brown sugar. 2 egg yolks and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract mixed in next. Mix in 320g of plain flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder until a dough is formed. Mix white chocolate chips and kinder pieces. Put half of the mixture on the bottom of a cake tin, melt a tub of hazelnut spread (Morrisons) or you can use another spread of your choice. Kinder bars on top. And then push the remaining dough on the top. Oven at 160 20 minutes Once cooled fridge until set. Cut. Microwave for 30 seconds when ready to eat. It's amazing! |
