Just found the email from when we booked, it was called the "Premium Service Package". Maybe they've changed the name since.

I got my refund for the flights 😊

But annoyingly after reading something on here ( not that I can find it again ) I booked a hotel through the link they sent to add it to make a package ( 2 elements within 24 hours , although I’m my case within 5 mins ) and there saying It’s not a package but I can’t find the statement that said it was ! And there refusing to refund my hotel

I had an email to fill in … it went to junk so check I clicked on refund on it and filled in the form
