April or May?

Hi, I have a holiday booked leaving 26th October and expecting it to be cancelled with Ba. I’m wanting to move it and the 2 dates I was looking at is 11th April or 29th May, we are only going for a week due to taking my god daughters. Which do you think would be better? Tia.

11th April is the run up to Easter weekend. We've done this week previously and it's been busy.

Both are going to be busy weeks due to Easter and then Memorial Day. But out of the two, I think I'd go with May as it shouldn't be as crowded as Easter.

I would definitely have picked the April date other than Easter is going to fall slap bang in the middle of your holiday if you go on the 11th, something which would have put me off.

For your second date, which effectively is a June holidays the US schools will have broken up and also it will have really warmed up by then.

It is therefore hard to pick a clear winner, but if I were forced to, and could choose no other date, then I would go for April based on more tolerable weather.
