Menu at RPR Club Level

For the last few years, some kind Dibbers have posted the most up to date menu for the Summer and have said which day they had which food (eg - Day 5 Italian) which has then meant I could work out what will be served on my one night stay.

If there is anyone going to stay there in the next few weeks, please would you be kind enough to post?

I’d like to see this too. I order a veggie option which previously in 2017 was fabulous. Dd is fussy so unlikely to eat anything but hubby tucks in on the daily offerings!
Hopefully someone will be along soon to update us. :-)

and they have sent me the menu, hopefully have attached it correctly.

Asian Asian Chopped Kale Salad
Carrots, Edamame, Cucumber, Kale and Napa Cabbage with Citrus Ginger Vinaigrette
Orange Chicken with Coconut Jasmine Rice
Fruit & Cheese Platter
Vegetable Crudité with Spicy Mayo

Day 2:
Italian Antipasto Salad
Romaine Lettuce, Radicchio, Kalamata Olives, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Salami, Provolone,
Pepperoncini and Italian Dressing
Vegan Primavera Rigatoni G
Fruit and Cheese Platter
Vegetable Crudité with Garlic Aioli

Day 3:
Mexican Mexican Corn and Black Bean Coleslaw Salad
With Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
Pork Carnitas with Spanish Rice
Flour Tortillas, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Chips and Salsa
Fruit & Cheese Platter
Vegetable Crudité with Avocado Ranch Dressing

Mediterranean Greek Salad with Greek Dressing

no sorry, don't know what is served on each day.

I would guess day ones menu refers to a Monday, but that maybe me being hopeful as we have other plans on the Monday and Day 1 is my least favourite of the 5.
