Newquay in Cornwall. We live in south Devon, so it’s not too far from us so ideal for a weekend away. I also used to holiday there with my parents as a child.

Live in Liverpool so obviously love this city. North Wales is fun, anglesey is beautiful and scenic, lake district stunning. Our favourite cities are York and Leeds. Stratford upon Avenue is lovely as is Chester. Good days out.

Yorkshire coast is our go to for a week away. Anywhere between Whitby and down to Bridlington/Filey area and self catering. Our girls love going there as there's so much to do.

For a weekend or a day trip the Lincolnshire coast is only 2 hours away - the girls love the rides - been going since they were toddlers and as they are approaching their teens it's still a hit.

DH and I found a lodge with a hot tub in a tiny village called Constable Burton in North Yorkshire. We’ve been going for a weekend every year since 2014 and booked for next year as soon as we arrived back home this year - love it there.
