Thomas cook airlines

Does anyone know whether Thomas cook airlines still do a check in service the night before at Gatwick for Orlando int.We have only booked our flights with them.The Gatwick website says that they do but I have heard that they have stopped this service.We are going in may 09

Yes , but not very clear on their site and I have also been into local Thomas cook agent who could not give a definate answer either

Will watch this as we booked Thomas Cook flights through Ocean Florida. Gatwick to Sanford. We was going to stay at a hotel the night before our flight, my son is going to run us to the airport, where we were going to dump the cases then on to the hotel..

Must be having a senior moment! we are flying into Sandford as well.I am still waiting to hear from another source with regards to this and will keep you all posted
