Great report and especially all the photos Im hoping to go to Vegas in a couple of years time and also would like to stay at the Bellagio if I can geta reasonable deal. What hotels would be mid strip? And what well known ones are at the end of the strip?

Love this report, brings back loads of memories, I have been to Vegas 5 time (and still not seen it all) and will go again, I love the Fountains and Caesars Palace is amazing and the Secret garden was well worth the money.

Have a look at this map as it will give you an idea of what hotels are where.

visitlasvegas/vegas/s...tId=203&id=203

Personally, Wyn would be the furthest mid/north strip I would stay, and I wouldn't want to stay further south than MGM/New York.

Loved reading your reports.

We are hoping to fit 3 or 4 days in there at the start of our 2008 holiday. We were married there 7 years ago and haven't been back since.

Thanks for posting, we are looking at staying at the TI so it was good to get your feedback.

Just love your report, brought back many memories of when I was there (14 years ago). At the time the Luxor was just being build, i stay opposite it in the Excelcior (don't know if that's spelt properly ).
I too would love to return to Vagas with my DH, but there is so much choice now with regards to hotels it would be almost impossible to choose one
