How much time do you spend on your phone/tablet/internet?

After a few threads recently a lot of us seem to be on our phones or internet somehow more than we think we are or would like to admit.

I do find depending on the week I have or what I’m doing will depend on my screen time. For example usually on it more after the kids are in bed or on it less as I’ve been working all week.

I go on first thing while I'm having my first coffee then dip in and out during the day and again after dinner. Probably too much but it's a bonus of being retired.

I go on first thing in the morning to check emails if I need to pay bills then I do that then I will dip in and out all day.

It’s weird because I would say “I don’t really go on Facebook much” but my daughter was showing me how you check your online time and I didn’t believe it. I get up and make my morning brew scroll through FB/insta and then Pinterest - same at dinner time at work and then I’ll have a scroll in the evening but it says I’m on Facebook loads!
Thing is there is NOTHING to look at on Facebook but it’s become a habit. Like on here there is a purpose - you see questions/threads to comment on or you ask a question so there is a purpose but weirdly I have fits and starts on here. Perhaps because I am going to WDW in a few weeks I want to immerse myself in the community but then I can go months and not even look at the dibb - whereas on FB there is absolutely nothing and yet I can’t not look every day. What do I ACTUALLY think I am going to miss?

Lots but trying to cut down, dh said he’s leaving his phone behind when we go on holiday!
