Hagrid ride

Has anyone been on the ride when it broke down and if so where were you and what happened?

This didn�t actually happen to us but I asked as we got in the queue what would happen if it broke down mid way through waiting. I was told we could either leave the line and come back or just remain in the queue until it reopened. 🤔

We were in Studios last week and saw Hagrid had a 120 min wait. We had done everything else and so thought we may as well queue for it. The ride broke down twice while we were in the queue but decided to wait it out. 3 hours in the end. I wouldnt say any ride is worth waiting 3 hours for but it was amazing. Much better than I had expected.
