My mum and dad have booked large cottage/houses for the family over the last few October half terms through Sykes and all of them have been great.
Have you looked at Hoseasons? They might have some smaller properties that would be suitable. |

I have a holiday property I let through Sykes. Only been using since October and found them brilliant. With regards to pricing, they are cheaper than the agent we used last time and we have got a lot of bookings already for 2020, so we are pleased.
