On Boxing Day we will be at my sisters and have Cola ham (Nigellas) made by me, cold turkey cheese board, pickles, pate, olives, potato salad, cherry tomato’s, coleslaw, sausage rolls, mini sausages, prawn and Indian selections that I buy in Sainsburys and just cook in the oven. A selection or rolls and crisps and dips plus salad dressings. Profiteroles and lots of chocolates and alcohol!

I forgot about coleslaw. Just asked my clan what they want for Christmas dinner 😳 steak/steak pie/Turkey. 3 different starters/mains and desserts plus a buffet at night. oh and 3 different breakfasts.

My new years resolution will be to spoil my family less 😂 may Nigella be with me on the 25th 🙄

I’m doing rib of beef for Christmas dinner and the main buffet will be for New Year’s Eve, I will do a honey glazed gammon, roast turkey breast, side of salmon, home made bread, French fries, tomato sausage rolls (homemade), pork pies, prawn ring, duck toasts, chicken dippers, sausages, cheeseboard, pate, crackers, salads, cherry tomatoes etc, coleslaw, dips, crisps, pretzels and a variety of nibbles... pud is cake bars, flapjack etc (mostly child favourites as have found the larger puds get wasted)... there will be 18 of us...

Love a rib roast, we have one of them every year. As I'm not a turkey person. Yum
